Classic Italian Tiramisu!

200g of Mascarpone Cheese,
200ml of Fresh Cream,
3 Egg Yolks,
3 Egg Whites,
Sponge Fingers.

1/2 Cup of Hot Water,
2 Tbsp of Coffee,
2 Tbsp of Sugar.

1. Mix togther, the Hot Water, coffee and the sugar together and let it cool.
2. Whip the cream until soft peaks are formed.
3. In a large bowl, mix the softened mascarpone cheese with the egg yolks together until well mixed.
4. In a clean bowl, with clean beaters, whisk the egg whites until it reached the 'soft peak' stage and won't fall when the bowl is tilted over your head!
5. Fold the whipped cream with the Cheese mixture until smooth. Then, fold in the egg whites gently.
6. Soak the Sponge fingers, one at a time, in the cooled coffee and place them in a cake pan wrapped with plastic wrap.
7. Pour the 'Cheesy Cream' on top of the Soaked Sponge fingers and repeat until you have no 'Cheesy Cream' left.
8. Once you are finished, dust the top with cocoa powder and let it set in the fridge for at least 5 hours! Enjoy this anytime or make a party special and amaze people with your 'Tiramisu making' skills!
